When an email is received and it has a pat answer, is there a way to reply
using an already created form w/o cut and paste?

you can use autotext (or quick parts in 2007), you could use a template but
still need to address it. There is a utility called email templates that can
do it too - see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_compose.asp.

I use a windows utility called Activewords for this sort of thing and there
are other utilities that are very similar.

Thanks- I am using 2007 and the quick parts feature is exactly what I was
looking for.
