How do I reply to an e-mail with a "Form Letter"?

In my job, I receive the same questions over and over again. I currently
maintain a single text file which contains the appropriate answers and I cut
and paste as needed. At best it's a little tedious.

Is there a way to reply to an email by just selecting from a list of "Form
Letters"?

I am running Outlook 2007

keep the "form emails" in a folder in your inbox, and just copy and paste the
address into the appropriate email
