reply to all includes my own email

when i click reply to all, my own email address appears and i end up sending
the reply back to myself, which ends up showing up in my deleted folder. how
can i fix this?

Which part, you receiving a copy of the mail or it going into the Deleted
Items folder? Oh, and what version of Outlook?

i have outlook 2003. basically it's happening whenever i get a message,
whether i'm the main recipient or not, when i reply to all, my name appears
in the "to" line along with everyone else i'm replying to. that is what i
need to correct. the fact it the message then appears in my deleted box is
only because i have a rule set that any emails unsolicited go straight there
instead of jamming me up in my inbox. that i can take care of, but the reply
to all is a problem with me and some others in my office. outlook 2003 is new
for us, we just upgraded and got our own email server.

Thats the nature of Reply to All Jen, it means send an email to EVERYONE
that was involved in that email including yourself. There is now way to
"fix" this
