Reply Text Format

When I reply or forward a message using Outlook 2003, it
always defaults to PLAIN TEXT. How do you control this? I
am familiar with the solution below about controlling the
look of forwarded and replied messages, but I want the
TEXT to be included and in the SAME FONT as a new message.
*************************
I have the Mail Format set to "Compose in this message
format: Rich Text"

So I want replied and forwarded messages to be Rich Text
as well
**************************

Change the look of forwarded and replied to messages
*****************************************************
In the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu,
click Options.
Click the Preferences tab, and then click E-Mail Options.
Do one or more of the following:
Change the format of forwarded messages

In the When forwarding a message box, click the option
you want.
Change the format of replied to messages

In the When replying to a message box, click the option
you want.
Change the character used to prefix replied to or
forwarded messages

In the When replying to a message box or the When
forwarding a message box, click Prefix each line of the
original message.
In the Prefix each line with box, type the character you
want to use.

Replies and forwards are sent in the format that you receive them, you need
to change the format manually from the drop down field on the toolbar

This is absolutly not true. I get the messages with
formated text. Then I reply and it changes them to Plain
Text formating. How can I check the format of an incoming
message to prove this...
