Reply/forward: Want full name and email of recipients

When I reply to, or forward, email, the original message is included
in the body of the email I am about to type. This is great. However,
the recipients for the original message (To list, Cc list) sometimes
have only their name shown, not their email address. I would like
both to show for everyone, all the time. How can I do this?

The sender controls what you see in the From and recipient fields and
Outlook uses those values when replying.
