Reply emails coming into wrong account

I have 2 accounts set up. When I create an email in acct 1 and send, a reply
comes back to acct 1. If I reply to this same email, the email goes out as
acct 2, then the reply comes back to acct 2. Why is the reply default
changing to acct 2 when I reply?
Driving me crazy! Any help to correct this will be much appreciated!
