Reply Dead

Wehn I click on reply to an email I got and write out my
reply then click send it just sits in Outbox, it never
sends the e-mail???
WHY?

Check the properties of the mail accounts [tools>accounts] and make
sure the box is checked on the lower left of the General tab "Include this
account when receiving mail..."
also
Go to menu Tools>Options>Mail Delivery Tab and put a check in the box "Send
messages immediately when connected". Underneath that is an option to set
how often to get new messages.
