Reply Button Problem

A lot of times when I reply to a message I click the Reply button and
no composition windows pops up. After the second or third attempt I
get one. When I look in the sent messages folder I can see that two or
three blank emails have been sent. I have also had complaints from
recipients about blank messages. Whats up?
