Replied mail contains only original text (Outlook 2003)

Hi, can someone help with the following ?

* Some of our users sends out a mail to various contacts.
* The receiver replies to the mail with some text, comments etc.
* When our users receives the reply it only contains their original text.
(The reply comments are gone)
- If we read the mail via web-mail it displays the reply
- If we read the mail using Outlook Express or any other mail client, the
reply displays.
- This happens with different contacts (no spesific, so it should be a local
problem with our mail client)

All our users have the same system :
* WinXP Pro (all patches and updates)
* Outlook 2003 / Office 2003 Pro (all patches and updates)
* Never a problem with Outlook 2000

We are seeing the exact same problem and with Outlook 2002 (SP2) as
well.

It appears certain combinations of mime types within a message
confuses Outlook somehow. See my thread from earlier today describing
the details. We are currently working with MS support to see if there
is a fix or a work around to the problem.

Please let me know if you learn more and I'll do the same.
