replication issue in Windows 2000 child domain ....(urgent)

Hello ,

One of the child domains in our Winodws 2000 network shows the below error
for dcdiag:

dcdiag shows as "The replication generated an error (8451):The replication
operation encountered a database error."

Could anyone shed some light on this as to the best way to get rid of this
error.

Thank you so much for any help.

PS: As the tombstone lifetime period is very near its very urgent to get
this one online soon....please help....
