replication failure is every 3 days

Every 3-4 days the active directory replication fails and causes serious
problems between the 2 networks.
I have not created sites as there are only 4 domain controllers ( 2 in one
site and 2 in the other) that are connected with ADSL.

dcdiag says that the rpc remote procedure call failed

Any suggestions are very welcome!

This 'RPC failure' is usually either a DNS-related error or a
network-related error!
