Replacement disk

Having teenagers in my home I have had to do a repair install so many times
that I can now do it over the phone and almost tell you what the screen says.
This last time my computer has given me several bad messages..... I guess my
CD is shot. Does Microsoft have a program to replace a disk IF you can send
them an original disk and perhaps an install number?
