I need to replace Out look Express. Problems. I have OE 7. Can I replace OE7
without deleteing it, or do I have to delete it first?

I think you need to rephrase your question. There is no such thing as OE7.
Why do you need to replace it anyway?

Read your second post. You need to replace OE. Then: Can I replace IE7
without deleting it. What do you want to replace? If Outlook Express, why.

Removing and reinstalling OE seldom fixes anything. What problems do you
have exactly?

IE has nothing to do with Outlook. Nevertheless, you cannot delete IE
inasmuch as it is now part of the operating system.

You can replace Internet Explorer. You can disable Internet Explorer. But
you can't delete it.

If you have IE7 you most certainly can delete it. Why do you say you can't?
Look in add/remove.
