Outlook Express 7 in Internet Expl. 8

I just downloaded IE Expl 8. Am wondering if it includes OE7, or if I have
to download it separately. Also, if it is included, how do I tell? Thanks.

There is no OE7 to download and OE is not included in IE8

There is no such thing as Outlook Express 7. (Outlook Express 6 is the
current and last version.)

Also, there is no need to call IE8 IE Expl 8.
