Repeating/reoccurring windows update for KB828026

Don't know if this if for the 'Performance & Maintenance'
section or the 'windows XP media center' section.

My PC carries out it's automatic 'windows update' and
finds a critical update (KB828026, for windows media
player script commands) that is required to be installed,
so naturally i let it download and install the update.
All fine and well until... the windows update searches
for new updates and finds the same critical update
required.... this reoccurs.

Any help in this strange effect would be appreciated.

PS. I have no problems downloading and installing other
updates.
