Repeated emails received from me

Can someone please assist me. I have a basic knowledge/user and am having
trouble with outlook.

I have sent one email to someone and they have told me that the same email
is being received by them every day. They think I may have a virus in my
computer. We both have Norton security and I am not aware of any virus I may
have in my new computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's probably the email integration of Norton security. Disable the
antivirus email integration - its not necessary.
