We are receiving the same e-mail repeatedly and it is blocking other e-mails.
Is it us or the sender? How can this be stopped? I ran Norton antivirus,
adware, and spybot. no change.

Can you delete the item from your mail server? If it's a POP3 server, is
there a web interface where you can view the items in the mailbox to see
what this 'bad' item is?

OK. I went online and deleted it. Now it is not being delivered to Outlook
but I am not able to send/receive. I get this message:
Task 'mail.itextron.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server
responded: +OK '
So, I will contact them but where I am it is not night and will have to
wait until tomorrow. Probably will survive :-). Any idea why this would
happen? This was simply a reply to a message we had sent. It is the only one
doing this. Thanks for your help! By the way, I have three other accounts
with this server and they are having no problems sending/receiving.
