repeat a word but only type it in once and populate else where

I am trying to type a word doc and have 5 different places to but the word
Illinois I would like to only type it in once and have it populate to the
areas on the word document
 
This is not a WORD newsgroup. This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Wrong
newsgroup.
 
This is a group for Microsoft Access. For your question you would do best in
a Word newsgroup. In general you need to bookmark the first field, then
reference it in the rest of the fields, but the details escape me. A Google
groups search would probably turn up an answer.
