Repairing MDAC or associated DLLs under Windows XP with Service Pa

I have been having trouble with ebay's Turbolister and have been advised
that there may be a problem with MDAC or associated DLLs.

I would download MDAC but the advice is not to as I use Windows XP Service
Pack 2.

Http://support.microsoft.com/kb/899861/en-us#top tells me how to repair the
MDAC installation that is included with Windows XP SP2 but assumes I have a
CD. I don't, because Service Pack 2 arrived as a Windows update.

Any ideas?
