reopen folders after reboot

Can someone help me to make opened folders open up again
after reboot. I can not find the setting for this. I have
tried to reset it in the registry to no avail. Thanks,

"PersistBrowsers"=1
located at
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
