Reoccuring "Language" Toolbar

Everytime I reboot, this language toolbar is shown in my task bar. I
right-click to deselect it so it won't show and it does go away, but again,
once I reboot, it is there again and I have to redo it again. Why is this
doing this and how do I stop this. Thanks very much. Look forward to a
reply.

If you have more than one language try removing all of them but the one you
use.

Go to Control Panel - Regional and Language, and click Details on the
Languages page. Click the Languages Bar button, uncheck boxes, and
click Apply wherever it is available as you OK out
