RenderLess vs Windowless

My application for certain reason (as reposition of the window etc..)
need to be set in Windowless for directShow playback of media.
However, i need to playback other media using VMR9 Renderless mode.
Is there any problem in setting those 2 modes ?
Help will appreciated
