A few days ago someone in a forum posted about KMPlayer as an alternative
to various other media players.
I downloaded it and found it played most of the various kinds of files --
RealPlayer, QuickTime, MS Player, etc. It also loaded my pctv and records
to AVI format. [Media Player Classic tries to do this, but I haven't been
successful it making it work right.]
This is provided FYI [I have no connection to KM Player, other than I
downloaded it and tried it]. The one weakness, so far, is the lack of a
full English translation and help files.
