renaming user name

Im trying to delete my former wife's name from user name sign on, documents
and settings, etc. from my Windows XP Home edition. Can anyone help?

Click Start > Help and Support, type in delete user account and click the
search button.

Hi Jim,
Just go to the Control Panel folder and find the item "User
Accounts" click on the desired name and then click on the item "Delete
Account" - this will remove the name from the login screen and delete their
profile folder including their "My Documents" folder, so be sure to get
anything you want out of there first.
