Renaming Drive Designators

How do I change the drive designator from "G:" to "W:"
using XP Home.
I have done this before (my zip drive is "Z:" but I don't
remember how and cannot find the place to do it.
 
Right click my computer and select manage. Open disk management. In the
right pane right click the drive and select change drive letter and paths.
