Renamed drive loses tasks and Rules and alerts

I moved my pst file to another drive and 'told' Outlook 2007. Now it picks
up all my old email alright but it cannot act on the Rules and alerts and, in
the To Do pane, it says "The operation failed. An object could not be
found." I obviously need to point it in the new direction for these but
cannot find how to do it. Can someone please help me?

This might depend on how you moved your data file, and how you reconnected
to OL

The whole folder tree from the old drive that included the pst file was moved
to a newly formatted drive. When I reopened Outlook it told me it could not
find the data file and gave me a dialog box from which to browse. I selected
the pst file from its new location and outlook immediately showed the email
stuff.
