rename adrive

please i want to know why when i trying to rename the drive (c) is not
available to me but 11 characters to write

please hope me

might be due
to the long file name setting.


it might be that after 11 characters its no longer a name
but a sentence.... (like maybe: "My c drive created on my birthday last year
in spring")


what name were you trying to use that is longer
than 11 characters?
