I installed XP on my D: drive for troubleshooting reasons. I then Installed
it
on C:. now I need to uninstall XP from D: to remove the dual boot when I
startup.
How do I uninstall XP from drive D: without any adverse effects?

Thanks.

While you are in C/XP go to control panel/administrative tools/computer
management/disk management
and format your D drive...this will get rid of XP and anything else on that
drive so back up what you wish to safe beforehand.
Then start/run...........msconfig
click on the boot.ini tab
click check all boot paths
ok your way out and restart
