Does anyone know how to remove the XP install startup
when I turn my computer on. Without knowing you couldn't
do a new install (instead of upgrade), I loaded XP setup
on my windows 98 system. I didn't install XP, but every
time I start my computer, there is a choice of starting
Windows or the XP installation. It is a bother at worst,
requiring me to choose Windows and hit Enter to start my
Windows. I want to go back to turning on my computer and
having windows start automatically, without the XP install
kicking in. Other than that, everything is the same.
Thanks for any help.

Boot with a Win98 boot disk and at the prompt type:
SYS C: then press ENTER. That is SYS<space>C: ENTER.
