Removing Windows XP Games

I know about the Add/Remove feature in windows but I would like to remove
the games so no one can have access to them again. Is that possible ar is
there a way to block them from being accessed.

If you were to remove them with Add/Remove. then the user will not be able
to access them. You can then also set up that the user can not re-install
them.
