I SENT THIS BEFORE I FORGOT TO SAY THAT IT IS WIN2000 PRO
IHAVE WIN2000 PRO INSTALLED ON [2]DRIVES, IWANT TO
UNINSTALL THEM & INSTALL IT ON MY MAIN DRIVE! HELP

CURLFREE understand that the term "uninstall" is operating system specific. In other words you uninstall something using the operating system to do it. Hence to uninstall an operating system makes no sense. An operating system cannot uninstall itsself for if it could there would come a point where what is needed to unintstall it would already have been removed and there we are. No uninstalling an operating system.

Of course what you want to do is "remove" an operating system. Pretty easy just reformat the drive\partition it is sitting on. Whammo "uninstalled."

Of course you can just choose to install a new Windows 2000 on your "Main Drive." You will be given the option to reformat the partition you are installing into choose that and install the operating system. You will need to back up all your data before you do this for once reformatted that's the end of the data for all intents and purposes.

Put the Windows 2000 CD-ROM in the drive and shut the machine off. Turn it back on. Since your system looks to the CD-ROM first before the harddrive to boot and the Windows 2000 CD-ROM is bootable you will follow the wizard and have what you want. HTH.
