removing unwated certificates/ActiveX?

hi,
how could I remove/uninstall unwanted certificates/activeX
(which have been installed during visiting some sites)
from IE6.

Try with these tools. If no joy get Hijackthis and get help from the forums.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
