Removing The Windows XP Pe-Installed Screensavers

Does anyone know how to remove the pre-installed screensavers
that come with Windows XP Pro? When I go into the
"C:\Windows\System 32" folder where they are located and
delete them, they are reinstalled by Windows almost
instantly. How do I get them out and keep them that way? Is
there a registry entry causing this? Also, how do I get
them and others I don't have anymore off of the list of
available screensavers in the display properties drop-down
list?

Why disable it? Why not just delete the files (scrs) in BOTH locations and
be done with it?
