Removing spyware upset my network, sockets cant initilized

Hi,
Can someone help me urgently...I was trying to rempove
spyware using lava soft on my windows 2000 machine...After
scanning i used it to delete all the corrupoted
files.....Now my network is down...Could not ping local
host it says could not initilize sockets error code 0....I
uninstalled tcp/ip unfortunately now i cant reinstall it
again says <b>could not add requested component, non-
recoverable error occured during database lookup</b>
