removing programs

I recently instaled a program to use my cell phone as a
modem. It did not set up properly and when I removed it
left a piece of it. The file is labeled as a system file
and is under the My Computer directory on the c drive. I
would like to know how I can remove this file. It
continualy runs the instaler but the rest of the program
is gone so it comes up with an error. When I use
add/remove programs it does nothing because its uninstall
software is already gone. It does show on the list in
add/remove programs though. Any help would be appriciated.

"left a piece of it" tells us nothing. You'll probably want to contact the
application developer.
