ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

When trying to remove an installed program, I get an error message stating:
"Unable to locate the installation log file ..., Uninstallation will not
continue". How can I uninstall these programs and clear them in the
Add/Remove Programs list? Also, is it necessary to keep all of the "HotFix"
files, or can I delete them also. If I do remove them from the Add/Remove
Programs list, will it also uninstall the actual HotFix? Thanks.

some files that is necessary for a successful uninstall was probably deleted.
THe easiest thing to do is reinstall the software, assuming you have the
install program, then uninstall it.
