removing program no change/remove tab

i need to know how to remove something from the
add/remove programs that does not have a change/ remove
tab.so program is there but on add/remove programs there
is no tab to remove. help plz

If you talk about uninstalling that application: this can be done
manually only if there is no Add/remove entry or if this entry does
not work.
To remove the entry from the list delete the corresponding key from
the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
