We are currently using Outlook in conjunction with Webmail
on our servers. In order for this to work as smoothly as
possible we are telling Outlook to keep recieved mail on
the pop server for 5 days. However the quota we give each
user is quickly filling up because the staff recieves
e-mails with 5 and 6MB attachments almost daily. We are
trying to remove messages >3MB from the server right
-after- Outlook downloads the message, but we want to keep
any message <3MB on the server to be available via Webmail.
Any suggestions?
