Removing followup flags

I once set a bunch of followup flags in Outlook 2002. I
would now like to remove them, but highlighting more than
one Contact record dims the flag icon in the tool bar. How
can I remove all followup flags without having to do it
record by record? Thanks.

Export to Excel and remove them from there. Then import back into Outlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
