Removing Downloaded but Uninstalled Updates

I accidently downloaded some updates using the Automatic Update (set to
'Notify')
feature that I didn't want downloaded. Now I want to remove them without
installing them, how can I do it? (Windows XP Pro SP2)

Delete the Download folder located here:

%windir%\SoftwareDistribution\
(%windir% is typically C:\Windows)
