REMOVING ACCOUNTS

My kids have 2 additinal accounts on windows xp. I am
trying to remove them since its taking up too much space.
And the normal way does not work. it keeps saying not
responding? how do i fix this?

OK, the key words are "my kids". First, be sure you are running a
current antivirus with updated definitions. Then remove all spyware
with Spybot Search & Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com). This isn't directly connected to your problem,
but if you have kids on your computer, there's a good chance you have
spyware and perhaps a virus. When the machine is clean, log in with an
account that has Administrator rights. Go to Start>Control Panel>User
Accounts and delete the accounts you don't want. If you need more help,
please post back *after* you've scanned for viruses, etc. and know the
machine is clean.
