Removing a program

I am running Samsung PC studio 3 with wndows XP, I'm trying to remove it
so I can reinstall it, as my program seems corrupted. I've tried
add/remove programs buyt that doesn't work, has anyone got any other
ideas please???

When you say "that doesn't work" what do you mean exactly? What happens when
you try to remove it? What error messages do you see? Have you tried
reinstalling it without removing it first? If so what happens?

Hi just noticed you have same problem as I have with Samsung PC Studio 3
software to sync with pc. What a job i am having trying to uninstall.I had
Samsung technician on phone for an hour trying to help me but it is still
uninstallable !!
