RemoveNetworkSettings Failed!

Daniele

Hello everybody,
I have a working image from disk and I want to use it in a diskless
system with remote boot service. I added to my image following components:

EWF
EWF ntloader
windows ram disk driver
System Clonig Tools

build, copy to a partition onto hard disk on the target device and
booting from that partition. After rebooting a "RemoveNetworkSettings
Failed!" appears and an incorrect image is created.

Anybody can help me?

Thank you in advance.

1. If you are building a remote boot image, you don't need EWF. The iamge is
booting out of the SDI file into RAM, everything exists in RAM, thus will be
lost on reboot anyways.
2. System Cloning Tool is trying to removing any network settings you have
setup in the image. Look at the settings for the System Cloning Tool
component, and uncheck the option to change network settings --- the image
should work regardless of the failure.
