removed shell32.dll by accident in my Windows xp home edition

hello I might have removed shell32.dll by accident in my
Windows xp home edition with a spy ware checker. Now I
cannot re-load windows because it is saying you are
missing shell32.dll--

HELP HELP!!! ,as I do not want to lose all my data, I just
want to know if there is an easy way if not then hard will
do that I can re-install shell32.dll in the systems folder

my home e-mail address is (e-mail address removed)

Please if anyone can help me!!!!!!!!
