removed hard drive

Hello
I recently removed a slow hard drive and replaced it with a 80gig, then I added the slow drive back( as a slave)to extract files, most are there ecept my files from my ( my documents) Administrator. I didn`t back up files as i thought it wouldn`t be a problem cutting and pasting into the new Driv
