and cannot get it to hook up again. I can map a drive from Windows 2000 into Windows 98 SE and I can share drives to Windows 98 SE from Windows 2000 that I have never shared before. But I cannot share any drives anymore that I at one time shared with Windows 98 SE since I removed the shares. How do I fix this? Thanks.

I am totally confused by your post. "Removed a Windows 98 SE
from Windows 2000 Prof" means absolutely nothing to me, and
I do not even know if the drives you're trying to share exist on
the Win98 machine or on the Win2000 PC. I suggest you rephrase
your post to make it abundantly clear what your setup is and
where your problem lies. Omit the bit about what you used to be
able to do - it only adds to the confusion. Say instead what you
wish to achieve.

I couldn't see shared drives on Windows 2000 in Windows 98. Well no more
Windows 98. Went to XP. I had this same problem in Windows XP also.
They'd be shared and then they wouldn't. Frustrating. Like my question
probably was. Sorry about that.
