Remove XP from one of two drives

How does one remove Windows XP installed on a second hard drive from the
first hard drive in order not to violate the EULA?
Can a newly purchased Windows XP copy be installed over the old one?
Can the new copy be Home Edition if the old one is Pro?

As long as Windows is installed on the same machine you can reinstall it as
often as you like.

Why would you do that?

Home will not install over pro.
