I cannot seem to remove this password prompt, even though it has no password?

Can you help me please.

Hi there

Thx for the fast reply. I have tried this and it didnt seem to work for me,
i could have done something wrong :(

If i removed the client for microsoft networking as this pc is stand alone
now, do you think that would work?

Thx

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts, and make sure that "Use the
Welcome screen" is checked. If there's only one user account (not
counting Guest) on your computer, that should make it log on straight
to the desktop without a password prompt.
