If these "updates" you refer to are those that you might have recently
received in email ... then you have probably infected your machine with
some serious computer viruses.
If these "updates" are ones that you received via the standard Windows
update server via Microsoft's web site ... then it all probability they
are good updates and are probably not the root cause of any problems you
are having. In fact, by not having these updates you are exposing
yourself to more serious problems.
Your computer. Your choice. If you *must* delete these updates, then
see the Control Panel application "Add or Remove Programs".
