Remove programs associated with roaming profile

I am desperately trying to uninstall Microsoft CRM Desktop Client, along with
some old programs that appear with useless shortcuts and in the case of CRM
3.0 gives me a useless CRM toolbar in outlook 2003.

These programs are assoicated with my roaming profile (I know this because I
reinstalled XP and only a few select programs), yet my old programs still
appear in Add / Remove Programs. When I try to unistall Microsoft CRM Desktop
Client it requires the CD and then enters the setup process to install the
program.

Are there some registry values I need to delete or something in my profile I
can change to get rid of these useless programs? The CRM problem is
particularly annoying because I have deleted everything I can find (including
registry keys described on the internet), yet I still have the annoying
toolbar!

The specific newsgroup for CRM is:
